Middlesex county has awarded a contract to repair the county section of the waterfront walkway damaged by Superstorm Sandy.
The program is part of the Christie Administration’s efforts to rebuild stronger after Superstorm Sandy and is targeted at facilities throughout the state, including police and fire stations, shelters, emergency operations centers, and wastewater treatment plants, among others.
City Officials applied for this grant in the hope of offsetting costs of purchasing and installing generators at our critical facilities.
