Administration

The Business Administrator is the senior manager of City operations and is responsible for the effective implementation of the Mayor’s policies and directives.  As such, the Business Administrator supervises, directs and manages all day to day operations and monitors the activities of all City departments. The responsibilities of the Administrator include preparation of the municipal budget in cooperation with the Mayor and Director of Finance, oversight of all personnel activities and development of policies and procedures for effective and efficient management.  The Business Administrator is the primary liaison between with City departments and Council representatives.
