Middlesex County has launched the New Jersey ANCHOR Program campaign. The ANCHOR Program provides property tax relief to New Jersey residents who owned or rented their principal residence (main home) on October 1, 2019, and met the income limits.

They have also created an Anchor Program Lookup tool which homeowners can use to search for their property identifying information, or search for a copy of their deed using the Middlesex Clerk Records Search Tool.  All of these tools, and more, can be found at www.middlesexcountynj.gov/anchor.
