NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT UNDER THE SOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE
The City of South Amboy, Middlesex County, New Jersey intends to participate in the Sourcewell Co-Op under Contract Number 041719-GEN for the purchase of
ONE (1) GENERAC LIGHT TOWER
Information regarding the contract may be found at www.sourcewell-mn.gov
It is the intent of the City of South Amboy Governing Body to make a contract award to, Generac Power Systems, Inc., pursuant to the Sourcewell Co-Op Contract Number 041719-GEN, on December 14, 2022.
Contract period begins on or about December 14, 2022 and ends when all goods are satisfactorily received.
The City of South Amboy is authorized to award this contract under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
