The Middlesex County Office of Health Services will be offering the seasonal flu vaccine on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at the South Amboy Senior Center, 108 South Stevens Ave., from 10 to 11 a.m. Pneumococcal (pneumonia) vaccines will be offered to residents age 65 and over, residents 18-65 who have a chronic illness, and have never received a vaccine.

• Influenza vaccine: $15 cash per person.
• Pneumococcal vaccine: $65 cash per person.

Clients with a valid Medicare card will not be charged if the card is presented at the time of vaccination.

During the 2019-2020 flu season, the Middlesex County Office of Health Services will also be offering the seasonal flu vaccine for children six (6) months of age up to their eighteenth (18) birthday. The fee for this vaccination is also $15 cash per person.
