Starting Friday August 1, 2025, the “Automatic Side Load” (ASL) recycling will begin in town. Between July 11th through July 15th, Middlesex County will be distributing one 95-gallon Recycling cart to each residence. You do not have to be home for the delivery. Each cart will have a serial number and barcode assigned to each resident. Every property owner/ resident will receive an information packet describing the new program. All recycling must be placed in the cart. Recyclables that are not in the cart will NOT be collected. Check the towns recycling tab on the website for the exact list of acceptable items. After 8/1/2025, your old bins can be placed in the new rolling cart to be recycled, or you can keep them. Recycling schedule is NOT CHANGING.
