Update: Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the "New Recycling Cans"
July 30, 20251. I still have not received my new recycling can? When will it be delivered?
- The county is working on delivering all new cans by Friday, August 1st.
2. What should I do if I have not received my new recycling can yet?
- Call our Recycling Coordinator, Tyler Olivieri at 732-727-4600 ext. 5973.
- He will put in a work order with the County to ensure your delivery will be made.
3. I called the Recycling Coordinator and still have not received my new can?
- Follow-up with Tyler Olivieri and give the County additional time to make all the deliveries.
4. What if I do not receive my new can by Friday, August 5?
- The County has advised that service will continue, and you can put out your old can.
5. If I have received my new can, can I use an additional can?
- No. You can only use the new can.
6. I live in a multifamily home, we only received one can.
- Please ensure our Recycling Coordinator is aware and he will contact the County.
7. I live on a one way or tight roadway. Will the trucks be able to access my can?
- Yes, there will be no issue. The county has identified the following so far:
- Broadway 100
- Block Stockton
- Church Street
- Highland Street
- Prospect Street
- 100 Block George
- 200 Block George
- 400 Block Gordon
- 4th Street between Potter/North Stevens
