It is with deep sorrow that I announce the passing of Camille Tooker. She had been hospitalized for the past few months and passed peacefully surrounded by her family. Camille served the City of South Amboy for many years as the Business Administrator, as a member of the Redevelopment Agency, and as Confidential Aide to the Mayor. Personally, I greatly appreciated her hard work ethic and her loyalty but especially her friendship. She will be greatly missed. On behalf of myself, the City Council, and the residents of South Amboy, I offer our heartfelt condolences to her family. May she rest in peace.
